Sacred Solutions uses HIPAA‑compliant technology to ensure your privacy, safety, and convenience. This page explains what you can expect, how to prepare, and what is required for telehealth services in Washington State.
How Tele-health Works
Tele-health sessions take place through a secure, encrypted video platform. You’ll receive a private session link before each appointment. Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join your session.
Tele-health is appropriate for most counseling needs, including individual, family, adolescent, and substance‑use‑related services.

As telehealth occurs remotely it is important that should a safety concern or emergency arise during session, that we will follow a clear plan to ensure your wellbeing. If at any time an emergency occurs either call 911, go the emergency room or contact your local crisis line. If a crisis occurs, I may ask you to confirm your location. I may contact your designated crisis person or if necessary, contact your local emergency services to do a welfare check. If we become disconnected, I will attempt to reach you by phone. If I cannot reach you and I am concerned for your safety, I may contact emergency services.
To support your safety, you agree to provide your location at the start of each session, ensure you are in a private, safe location and to keep your phone accessible as a backup form of communication. These procedures help ensure that you receive appropriate support if a urgent situation arises during a telehealth session.
