Personalized Care

Therapy Session

Each client’s treatment is tailored to their unique goals, strengths, cultural identity, and lived experience, ensuring that care is both relevant and responsive. We take time to understand the full context of each person’s story, integrating evidence‑based practices with individualized strategies that support meaningful progress. This approach allows clients to engage in therapy at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, while receiving guidance that aligns with their values, needs, and long‑term well-being.

Certifications

Psychology

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology from U Mass Global with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked across various areas of human services, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. This background allows me to bring both clinical knowledge and real‑world understanding to the work I do with clients.

Co-occuring Therapy

I am a licensed associate therapist with training in family dynamics and substance use disorders. My clinical approach is grounded in understanding how relationships, environments, and personal history shape a person’s emotional world. I draw on evidence‑based practices to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges related to communication, conflict, addiction, and recovery. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
